This site is specifically designed for persons with disabilities to post their resumes and be employed by employers from various industries and sectors.
Are there any fees associated with this site?
This site and its job application services are completely FREE to a registered member.
Can anybody deposit his or her resume here?
Persons with disabilities and who are registered with the Welfare Department can deposit their resume here. For other jobseekers, please use www.jobstreet.com for your job search and career management facilities.
What about privacy? Is my personal information available online?
To facilitate employers to look for suitable candidates from our database of persons with disabilities and call them up for interviews, their resumes will be made searchable only to the employers.
Who can post a job vacancy here?
For the time being, any socially responsible employer in Penang who is able to make a difference to the disabled members of our community can post their jobs here and seek candidates who are appropriate for their organisation.
What is the cost related to posting a job here?
If you are posting a job to hire a person with a disability, we shall post your advertisement free of charge. For further information or specific hiring needs, please be in touch with our Corporate Care Team.
